IDEAL TECNO MIG 337PT PULSE LCD Black Series 4x4 welding machine (semi-automatic)
TECNO MIG 377PT PULSE LCD Black Series 4x4 is a synergic inverter-type semi-automatic welding machine designed for professional and workshop use. It provides MIG/MAG, MMA and TIG Lift welding, as well as MIG brazing of galvanized sheets.
The machine offers 15 synergic MIG/MAG welding programs, including PULSE and DOUBLE PULSE. It is suitable for welding stainless steel, carbon steel, low-alloy steel and aluminum, as well as MIG brazing of galvanized sheets.
Welding can be performed with inert, active or mixed shielding gas. Using self-shielded wire and reverse polarity, it is also possible to work without shielding gas.
PULSE and DOUBLE PULSE modes
Pulsed welding provides more precise control of heat input, helps reduce spatter formation and allows obtaining a high-quality weld bead in various welding positions.
In MIG/MAG pulse modes it is possible to adjust:
- base and main arc length;
- arc length for start and end current;
- pulse base current;
- pulse duration;
- current and frequency control mode.
Pulse adjustment is also available in TIG Lift mode.
MIG/MAG torch control modes
Depending on the work to be performed, it is possible to choose the most suitable welding torch trigger operating mode:
- SPOT — for spot welding;
- 2T — welding without trigger latching;
- 4T — trigger latching for welding long seams;
- S2T and S4T — special two-stroke and four-stroke welding modes.
LCD display and precise parameter adjustment
The clear and easy-to-use LCD display allows precise setting of welding parameters both in manual MIG MAN and in synergic MIG SYN mode.
Adjustable parameters:
- gas pre-flow time;
- gas post-flow time;
- wire feed;
- wire burnback time;
- voltage correction;
- spot welding duration;
- inductance;
- gradual current increase and decrease.
MMA mode functions
In MMA welding mode, several functions are available for more stable and convenient operation:
- HOT START — temporarily increases welding current at arc ignition, making electrode striking easier;
- ARC FORCE — stabilizes the welding arc and helps reduce spatter formation;
- ANTI STICK — automatically switches off welding voltage if the electrode sticks to the material, making it easier to detach;
- VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) — reduces no-load voltage at the electrode to a safer level and increases protection against electric shock in wet working environments.
JOB settings memory
The JOB function allows saving and later quickly restoring welding parameters. This makes it easier to work with different materials, wires and shielding gases, because after changing equipment or material the settings do not have to be re-entered each time.
Cooling, protection and mobility
The fan cooling system helps maintain stable operation of the machine and increases its efficiency. Built-in overload protection improves the machine’s reliability and service life.
The machine is mounted on a mobile chassis, which makes it easier to transport it in the workshop and at the workplace.
TECNO MIG 377PT operates from a three-phase 3 × 400 V power supply and is delivered without a power plug. It is also equipped with a 36 V socket for connecting a regulator heater.
