IDEAL EXPERT MIG 405 CW COMPACT SYNERGIC welding machine with liquid cooling (semi-automatic)
EXPERT MIG 405 COMPACT SYNERGIC is a synergic inverter-type semi-automatic welding machine designed for professional and industrial use. It provides MIG/MAG, MMA and TIG Lift welding, as well as MIG brazing of galvanized sheets.
The machine is suitable for welding stainless steel, carbon steel, low-alloy steel and aluminum. Welding can be performed with inert, active or mixed shielding gas.
Manual and synergic control
Depending on the work to be performed and the user's experience, it is possible to choose one of two control modes:
- MAN — manual adjustment of welding parameters;
- SYN — synergic adjustment of welding parameters.
Synergic control automatically coordinates interrelated welding parameters, making the machine easier to set up and helping to ensure a stable welding result.
MIG/MAG torch control modes
In MIG/MAG welding, it is possible to choose the most suitable operating mode for the welding torch trigger:
- SPOT — for spot welding;
- 2T — welding without trigger latching;
- 4T — trigger latching for welding long seams;
- S2T — mode for welding long seams with adjustable start and end current.
Precise adjustment of welding parameters
EXPERT MIG 405 provides synergic control of welding parameters and precise adjustment of welding arc length.
The LED display shows the most important operating parameters:
- welding current;
- welding voltage;
- wire feed speed;
- welding arc length correction.
Additional inductance adjustment allows you to tailor arc dynamics and helps reduce spatter formation during welding.
Professional four-roll wire feed mechanism
The professional four-roll wire feed mechanism ensures stable and even feeding of the welding wire. This is especially important in intensive industrial work when using welding wires of different materials and diameters.
The machine supports D200 and D300 spools with a weight of up to 15 kg.
Welding parameter memory
The welding parameter saving function allows you to quickly restore previously used settings. This makes it easier to work with different materials, wires and shielding gases, because after changing equipment or material, the parameters do not need to be set again each time.
Integrated cooling unit
The machine is equipped with a cooling unit and an error indicator. The cooling system helps protect the welding torch from overheating and ensures efficient operation at high welding current.
The cooling unit and fans use the SMART control system — they operate only when the machine needs cooling. This helps reduce energy consumption, noise level and dust accumulation inside the machine.
Built-in overload protection improves the machine's operational safety and reliability.
EXPERT MIG 405 operates from a three-phase 3 × 400 V power supply and is supplied without a power plug.
