2.5. In order to perform customer service quality control, to organize the fulfillment of service contract obligations and to ensure ordering of the product over the telephone, a telephone conversation may be recorded. Records of conversations are retained for a maximum of 3 months, unless requested by law enforcement authorities or where criminal offenses have been found. This service is provided by a telecommunication service provider.

We will process your data only during the selection process for the job you are applying for. If the processing is for other purposes, such as to inform you of other vacancies that we believe are suitable for you, we will inform you and ask for your consent before the processing begins. If a candidate has provided a feedback provider, we will also process their contact information so that the feedback provided can be evaluated during the selection process. We may also obtain and process information from recruitment companies during the candidate selection process. 3. Period of storage of personal data
We will retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes of such processing, unless further storage is required or permitted by applicable law. If the data is processed on the basis of your consent, the data will be processed as long as your consent is valid and not withdrawn.

4. Transfer of personal data
4.1 The personal data necessary for the execution of payments shall be transferred to a financial processor authorized processor.
4.2 In order to fulfill our obligations to you, we may transfer your personal data to partners, data controllers who perform the necessary data processing on our behalf, such as IT infrastructure developer and maintainer, marketing agencies, leasing companies, logistics companies, etc. These companies are required by law and our Collaboration Agreement to protect and process your personal data only for the purposes we have stated.
