LOT S GEL is a professional, highly effective pickling paste for treating weld seams of stainless and acid-resistant steel. It is intended for removing heat tint, oxide deposits and rust formed during the welding process.
The paste helps restore a clean and even appearance of the steel surface, improves the aesthetics of welded joints and promotes the metal’s resistance to recurring corrosion. The gel-like consistency allows the product to be applied precisely directly onto the weld seam or the area to be treated, reducing unnecessary spreading of the product.

Use
Before use, carefully read the manufacturer’s instructions and the safety data sheet. Apply the paste to the weld seam or the surface to be treated using an acid-resistant brush. After the required dwell time, the surface must be thoroughly rinsed with water and treated according to professional pickling and neutralization technology.
The product may only be used outdoors or in very well-ventilated work areas.

DANGER! The product contains nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid. Toxic if swallowed and inhaled; contact with skin may be fatal. Causes severe skin burns and eye damage.
When working, it is mandatory to use chemical-resistant protective gloves, protective clothing, tight-fitting safety goggles and a face shield. Good ventilation, an eyewash station and an emergency shower must be provided at the workplace. Prevent the product from entering sewers, soil or bodies of water.
