LOTNIK liquid neutralizer is a professional agent for neutralizing residues of pickling preparations and electrolytes after electrochemical pickling and polishing of stainless or acid-resistant steel.
The product deactivates active substances remaining on the treated surface and helps to properly complete the post-treatment process of steel welds and surfaces. It is suitable both for weld seams and for larger previously pickled or electrolytically polished surfaces.
The liquid consistency ensures convenient and even application. The neutralizer can be applied with a brush or sponge, by spraying, as well as by immersing the part to be treated in the solution.

Use
Apply the neutralizer to a previously pickled or electrolytically polished surface, paying special attention to weld seams and areas where residues of active chemicals may have remained.
Depending on the shape of the part and the work process, the agent can be:
applied with a brush;
applied with a sponge;
sprayed onto the surface;
used for immersing the part.
After neutralization, rinse the surface thoroughly with clean water. Follow the instructions of the manufacturer of the pickling or electrolytic polishing equipment and the electrolyte used.
