IDEAL TGR-750 Handheld Grinder for Tungsten Electrodes

TGR-750 tungsten electrode grinder enables precise preparation of electrode tips by sharpening them to a specified angle, grinding the tips, and cutting the electrodes. The device is designed for electrodes with diameters from 1.0 to 4.0 mm.

The angle selection ring lets you set one of four sharpening angles: 15°, 18°, 22.5°, or 30°, allowing you to adapt the electrode tip geometry to the welding task. The minimum electrode length for processing is 30 mm.

The compact design and 1.6 kg weight make the device easy to carry and convenient to use both in the workshop and on site.

The grinder is equipped with an angle selection ring, an electrode cutting head, and a dust cover. The grinding wheel is accessible for inspection and replacement when worn.

The device features 6-speed adjustment from 5,000 to 30,000 rpm. This allows the grinding speed to be adjusted to the diameter of the electrode being processed.

Single-phase power supply  230 V.

The device is equipped with a power plug.

The package includes the device, a carrying case, and a maintenance wrench.
