IDEAL EXPERT WELD CLEAN 2100 Pro2 weld seam cleaning and pickling system with pulse function

EXPERT WELD CLEAN 2100 Pro2 is designed for the electrochemical cleaning of weld seams on stainless and acid-resistant steel. It removes unwanted oxides, deposits (tarnish), and discoloration caused by  TIG welding. Thanks to an immediate electrochemical reaction,  the EXPERT WELD CLEAN device restores the original shine and luster of stainless steel parts.

The clear, easy-to-use LCD touchscreen allows precise adjustment of the device settings, ensuring stable parameters and high cleaning quality. The device also offers additional user settings, such as screen brightness and date settings, as well as a semi-passive fan operating mode (SMART).

The device has 3 cleaning modes:

• NORMAL
• PLUS
• GENTLE

In addition, a comprehensive system for saving and recalling welding parameters (the JOB function) lets you save settings quickly, so you do not have to select the parameters again before cleaning.

The device has a fan cooling system that significantly increases its efficiency.

The fan cooling system — NORMAL or SMART mode (activates only when needed) — reduces contamination inside the device.

Single-phase power supply  230 V.

The device is equipped with a power plug.

The package includes the device with a 4 m working handle, a 5 m grounding cable, weld seam cleaning fluid, neutralizing fluid, 2 additional brushes, a plastic fluid container, and an accessory case.
