IDEAL TGR-1000 PRO Tungsten Electrode Grinder

TGR-1000 PRO tungsten electrode grinder provides consistent, repeatable grinding of tungsten electrode tips, producing the appropriate tip geometry and stable arc ignition and control conditions.

The grinding angle can be adjusted from 0 to 60° to prepare the electrode tip according to the requirements of the welding process. The minimum length of an electrode that can be processed is 30 mm.

The device is equipped with a holder for tungsten electrodes with diameters from 1.0 to 4.0 mm . The positioning opening allows the electrode extension to be set, while the adjustment nut enables precise positioning relative to the grinding disc.

The dust cover reduces the spread of debris during grinding. Easy access to the disc allows it to be inspected periodically and replaced when worn.

Single-phase power supply  230 V .

The device is equipped with a power plug.

The package includes the device with a tungsten electrode holder and collets.
