SPARTUS EasyARC 500P is a high-performance three-phase MMA welding machine with a pulse function, designed for intensive work in workshops, manufacturing companies, service departments, and for welding larger metal structures. The maximum welding current of 500A, power supply from 3×400V, and a 60% duty cycle provide the necessary power reserve where standard MMA machines are not sufficient.

MMA Pulse – greater control over the weld pool

The main feature of EasyARC 500P is MMA Pulse: pulse mode improves weld pool control, reduces heat input, and makes work easier in difficult positions. The base current 70–500A and pulse frequency 0.5–10 Hz can be adjusted for precise tuning to the material and the operator’s style.

SYN function – faster MMA parameter selection

The SYN function simplifies and speeds up MMA welding parameter setup by entering the material thickness and electrode diameter – the machine helps select suitable welding current values and ensures a more stable process.

Stable arc and easier electrode ignition

The Hot Start function improves arc ignition, especially with electrode types that require a higher starting current. Arc Force maintains a stable arc and reduces the risk of arc extinction when the electrode is brought closer to the workpiece.

VRD – increased safety

VRD reduces open-circuit voltage, improving work safety especially in wet, confined, or otherwise hazardous environments.

TIG Lift DC – broader applicability

In addition to MMA welding, the machine also supports TIG Lift DC mode, enabling more precise welding work using the same power source.
