SPARTUS EasyARC 400P is a high-performance three-phase MMA welding power source with a pulse function, designed for use in workshops, manufacturing facilities, maintenance work, and welding heavy steel structures. The maximum welding current of 400A, three-phase 400V power supply, and a 60% duty cycle provide a stable power reserve for demanding applications.

EasyARC 400P combines high power with features that improve working comfort and control of the welding process. The MMA Pulse mode, adjustable base current, Hot Start, Arc Force, and VRD allow precise adjustment of process parameters for a specific task, electrode type, and welding position.

The machine offers a wide welding current range from 30 to 400A. MMA Pulse – better control

The MMA Pulse mode offers better control of weld bead formation, reducing heat input to the material and simplifying work in challenging conditions. The adjustable base current from 70 to 400A and pulse frequency 0.5 to 10 Hz allow precise parameter adjustment to the material, electrode type, and the operator’s working style.

"SYN" function for faster parameter selection

The SYN function helps the operator quickly set MMA parameters. After entering basic data (material thickness, electrode diameter), the machine suggests suitable welding current values, reducing setup time and the possibility of errors.

Hot start and arc stabilization

Hot Start makes arc ignition easier, especially when using electrodes that require a higher starting current. Arc Force ensures arc stability, reducing the risk of extinguishing if the distance between the workpiece and the electrode shortens. This makes the process smoother and more predictable.

VRD – increased work safety

VRD reduces open-circuit voltage, improving work safety, especially when working in wet, restricted-access, or structural conditions.

TIG Lift DC – additional versatility

In addition to MMA, EasyARC 400P also supports TIG Lift DC welding, expanding the range of applications and enabling more precise work with a single power source.
