STW-2 Stud and Nail Welding Machine

The STW-2 is a professional welder designed for welding studs and ground nails using electrical discharge. It welds studs with a diameter of 3–8 mm to aluminum, low-carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel and brass sheets.
It features a synergistic mode that automatically selects the correct welding voltage based on stud diameter and type. Additionally, users can fine-tune voltage with the correction function, or switch to manual mode for full-range voltage adjustment. Thanks to capacitors, studs heat in just 4 ms without deforming the opposite side of the material, even if painted, plastic-coated or galvanized. The included electrode for ground nails allows for installing thermal or acoustic insulation onto galvanized sheet metal.
