The SPARTUS Ultra NX47 helmet with air supply system is a modern grinding helmet providing full protection for the respiratory tract, eyes, face, and head. Designed for the most demanding conditions, it effectively shields against hot particles, metal spatter, and dust. Combined with the Ultra X air supply system, it ensures 99.997% filtration efficiency, guaranteeing safety and daily comfort.

Features
The SPARTUS Ultra NX47 meets the highest industrial safety standards. The visor marked EN 166 3 9 BT and 1 BT9 ensures complete protection from hot particles, metal splashes, and liquid droplets, as well as resistance to dynamic impacts across a wide temperature range. The optical class 1 provides excellent clarity and comfort during long work sessions.
Certified to EN 397:2012+A1:2012, the helmet also effectively protects the head from impacts and mechanical hazards. The polycarbonate shield offers a wide field of vision, a scratch-resistant surface, and an adjustable head harness for a perfect fit. Two-level airflow adjustment on the forehead increases comfort throughout the shift.

Application
Ideal for grinding, painting, metal processing, and other operations involving hot particles. The integrated PAPR Ultra X system filters dust and harmful aerosols, maintaining a constant supply of clean air to the breathing zone. Two airflow levels are available – 170 l/min and 210 l/min. The Li-ion battery provides up to 9 hours of operation and recharges quickly. Visual, audible, and vibration alarms indicate filter replacement or low battery.
