Oerlikon Spezial

Oerlikon Spezial is a professional basic coated welding electrode designed for welding carbon steels and low alloy structural steels. The electrode provides stable arc characteristics, excellent weld bead formation and reliable mechanical properties, making it suitable for demanding industrial welding applications.

The electrode features a double basic coating that produces a concentrated and stable welding arc. This ensures good penetration into the base material and smooth weld bead formation with minimal defects. The resulting weld seams have a fine structure and slag that can be removed easily.
