SPARTUS CeramX is a ceramic anti-spatter spray designed for effective and long-lasting protection of welding components. It forms a thin, heat-resistant coating that prevents spatter from sticking and coalescing on surfaces, improving welding comfort and welding quality.
DURABLE PROTECTION WITHOUT COMPROMISE
The ceramic formula, based on a suspension of metal oxides, creates a protective layer that remains effective throughout the working day. The product protects contact tips, gas nozzles, clamps, tools and welded surfaces against spatter accumulation and mechanical damage, significantly extending the service life of welding accessories.
PURE COMPOSITION – HIGH EFFICIENCY
SPARTUS CeramX does not contain silicones, freon, fatty oil derivatives or nitrites, making it safe for the welding process and subsequent operations (e.g. painting). Effective even in small quantities, it dries quickly and does not negatively affect the welding quality.
UNIVERSAL APPLICATION
The product can be used on carbon steel, stainless steel and galvanized steel. It is suitable for protecting both the torch components and the material being welded, increasing efficiency and maintaining a cleaner workplace.
