TORROS TIG-200 Pulse LCD AC / DC is designed for argon arc welding with a tungsten electrode in an inert gas (TIG) with the possibility of alternating current type - DC and AC, used for welding all metals (low carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, bronze, aluminum). The device has an MMA mode - manual arc welding with coated electrodes.

Developed using advanced digitally controlled microprocessor inverter technology. The IGBT inverter converts the 50/60 Hz current frequency into a 30 kHz high-frequency current. Thanks to inverter technology, the device has low weight, size, and low energy consumption. The electric circuit implemented on IGBT transistors ensures easy electrode ignition, its soft and stable burning without spatter, which positively affects the formation and strength of the weld seam. Welding current adjustment is smooth and provided in the range from 5A to 200A, which allows the use of welding electrodes with a diameter from 1.6 mm to 4.0 mm. The presence of software-set functions in MMA mode "HOT START" facilitates arc ignition by temporarily increasing the welding current relative to the set value. The "ANTI STICK" function reduces the welding current to a minimum value when the electrode sticks, which makes it easier to detach it from the workpiece. For TIG type welding, the following modes are available: 2T (two-stroke) and 4T (four-stroke). The arc is ignited contactlessly using the high-frequency TIG (HF) mode. Welding can be performed in pulse mode with pulse frequency adjustment from 0.5 to 200 Hz, pulse duty cycle - 5 ÷ 95%, cleaning width (balance) - 10 ÷ 90% (for AC), maximum and base current, gas column - flow time before arc ignition and after its extinction, smooth increase and decrease of welding current. Adjustment of starting current and welding end current, crater welding. AC frequency control 40 - 200Hz.

Forced cooling with an electric fan protects the inverter from overheating. In critical modes, when cooling is insufficient, thermal protection is activated, interrupting the welding current at the welding connectors. The housing is made of metal and reliably protects electronic components from mechanical damage.

This welding inverter is manufactured in accordance with all EMC standards and has a very low noise level.

Ideally suited for work where it is necessary to weld aluminum and stainless steel!
