IDEAL EXPERT TIG 322 AC/DC PULSE LCD Pro7 inverter type argon welding machine with liquid cooling and trolley
EXPERT TIG 322 AC/DC PULSE Pro7 LCD is a power source manufactured with IGBT technology, designed for welding with TIG and TIG PULS methods using alternating current (AC), direct current (DC), as well as MMA welding with coated electrodes in DC mode. Compact size and low weight make the unit perfect both for workshop applications and field work.
The machine supports multiple welding modes: TIG DC, TIG DC PULS, TIG AC, TIG AC PULS, TIG SPOT, MULTITACK, TIG MIX, TIG RPT, MMA AC, MMA DC, MMA PULS.
The TIG DC and TIG DC PULS functions are intended for welding stainless steel, carbon steel, low-alloy steels, copper, and titanium.
The TIG AC and TIG AC PULS functions allow welding of aluminum, its alloys, and brass.
The TIG SPOT function enables tack welding of thin materials.
The MULTITACK function provides intermittent welding, offering a “cold welding” effect with seam frequency regulation in the range of 0.5 – 6.0 Hz.
The DYNAMIC ARC function allows precise tuning of the welding arc, ensuring a stable weld width.
TIG MIX is a special TIG method that combines DC and AC currents, enabling full penetration and effective cleaning during aluminum welding.
By adjusting TIG PULS parameters, the operator can influence weld shape and arc focus, reducing the heat input into the material and making it especially suitable for welding thin sheets.
Arc ignition is available in two modes: non-contact (HF) and contact (LIFT). The LIFT function is intended for environments with high risk of electromagnetic interference.
Both HF and LIFT ignition modes allow the choice of torch button functions: 2-stroke, 4-stroke (for long welds with button lock), as well as two-level RPT mode (switching between two current levels). Additionally, only in TIG HF mode the SPOT welding option is available.
The clear and user-friendly touch LCD screen enables precise parameter adjustment, guaranteeing stable operation and high welding quality. The unit also offers extended settings such as screen brightness, date setting, and semi-passive fan operation (SMART).
The SMART TIG synergic mode allows selection of initial welding parameters, after which the unit automatically adjusts the output values.
The LCD panel allows regulation of the following parameters:
-
initial shielding gas flow
-
start current
-
current rise time
-
welding current
-
base current
-
current fall time
-
end current
-
