IDEAL inverter type argon welding machine TECNO TIG 206 AC/DC PULSE LCD (Welldo)

TECNO TIG 206 AC/DC LCD is a portable power source made in IGBT technology, designed for TIG and TIG PULS welding with alternating current (AC), direct current (DC), and the MMA method.

The device has welding modes: TIG DC, TIG DC PULS, TIG AC, TIG AC PULS, MMA DC, MMA AC.

The TIG DC and TIG DC PULS function is used for welding stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steel, copper and titanium.

TIG AC and TIG AC PULS function: enables welding of aluminum and its alloys as well as brass.

By regulating the TIG PULS pulse welding parameters, we can influence the shape of the weld and the arc focus. Pulse welding also reduces the amount of heat supplied to the material and is used when welding thin materials.

The arc is ignited in non-contact (HF) or contact (LIFT) mode. The LIFT function is used when welding in an environment with a high risk of electromagnetic interference affecting the surroundings.

With both the non-contact HF and LIFT touch ignition, we can choose the function of the button on the TIG torch between 2-stroke or 4-stroke operation (button lock for long welds).

The device has 6 locations for saving user welding programs.

The LCD display makes it easy to adjust the welding machine parameters:

The welder also has functions that facilitate the MMA welding process with a coated electrode:

ARC FORCE : short circuit current regulation (manual) - facilitates transfer of molten electrode droplet onto the welded material, preventing arc extinction when the electrode droplet contacts the weld pool

HOT START : hot start control (manual) - facilitates electrode ignition by providing a higher welding current each time the arc is struck.

VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) function - reduces the no-load voltage on the electrode to a safe value. Ensures safety against electric shock when working in a humid environment.

The device has a fan cooling system which significantly increases its efficiency.

The quick-release gas connection to the welding torch allows immediate connection and disconnection of the welding torch without the use of tools.

The device is equipped with overload protection, which increases its reliability.
