TORROS TIG-200 Pulse LCD AC / DC is designed for argon arc welding with tungsten electrode in inert gas (TIG) with current type change option - DC and AC, used for welding all metals (low carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, bronze, aluminum) The device has an MMA mode - for manual arc welding with coated electrodes.

Developed using advanced digital microprocessor controlled inverter technology. The IGBT inverter converts 50/60 Hz current frequency current to 30 kHz high frequency current. Thanks to inverter technology, the device is light weight, size and low energy consumption. The electrical circuit implemented on the IGBT transistors ensures easy ignition of the electrode, its soft and stable combustion without splashes, which has a positive effect on the formation of the weld and its strength. Welding current regulation is even and is provided in the range from 10A to 200A, which allows the use of welding electrodes with a diameter of 1.6 mm to 4.0 mm. The presence of the software's set functions in MMA mode "HOT START" facilitates the ignition of the arc by temporarily increasing the welding current relative to the set value. The "ANTI STICK" function reduces the welding current to the minimum value when the electrode sticks, which makes it easier to separate it from the workpiece. Welding with TIG type, modes are available: 2T (two-stroke) and 4T (four-stroke). The arc is ignited non-contact using the high frequency mode TIG (HF). Welding can be performed in pulse mode with pulse frequency adjustment from 0.5 to 200 Hz, pulse filling factor - 5 ÷ 95%, cleaning width (balance) - 10 ÷ 90% (for AC), maximum and base currents, gas column - flow time before the ignition of the arc and after its extinction, the time of steady increase and decrease of the welding current. Start current and welding end current regulation, crater welding. AC frequency control 40 - 200Hz.

Forced cooling with an electric fan protects the inverter from overheating. In critical modes, when there is insufficient cooling, thermal protection is activated by interrupting the welding current at the welding connectors. The housing is made of metal and safely protects the electronic components from mechanical damage.

This welding inverter is manufactured in accordance with all EMC standards and has a very low noise level.
