SPARTUS® EasyCUT 40s with built-in compressor is a compact inverter plasma cutter designed for cutting metals and other electrically conductive materials. It combines modern technology with a lightweight and portable design and is powered by a single-phase 230 V network. SPARTUS® EasyCUT 40s with built-in compressor works both as a plasma cutter and as an electrode welding machine.

PLASMA CUTTING

EasyCUT 40s allows you to adjust the cutting current in the range from 20 to 40 A, perfectly adapting to the needs of the user. The maximum thickness of the cut material is 20 mm. The device has 2T/4T microswitch modes and aftergas adjustment. The non-contact pilot arc excitation system without HF ensures superior raw material quality and extended lifetime.

An integrated compressor provides the compressed air needed to generate the plasma arc, enabling field work. A button on the front panel allows you to easily switch the air source.

The cutter has two operating modes:

STANDARD CUTTING is a basic mode where the plasma flow continuously cuts the material, allowing you to quickly and accurately cut metal or other conductive materials to the desired shape and size. It is the most commonly chosen option for tasks that require smooth and even cutting edges.

INTERMITTENT CUTTING is a specialized mode that is particularly useful for cutting materials with uneven surfaces such as mesh. This feature allows the cutter to maintain a stable plasma arc even when there are interruptions in contact with the material. This allows for continuous cutting without the need to manually re-ignite the arc at each break, a typical challenge when working with webs and similar materials. Using the intermittent cutting mode greatly facilitates and speeds up the cutting process, while reducing the risk of damaging the device due to frequent arc loss and restarts. This solution significantly improves work efficiency, ensuring smooth and efficient cutting even in complex and demanding tasks.

WELDING

The EasyCUT 40s provides coated electrode welding (MMA) that is widely used in a variety of conditions and is ideal for steel and cast iron. The welding current adjustment of the EasyCUT 40s compressor is in the range from 30 to 140 A, which allows you to flexibly adjust the parameters for different welding tasks. The device also has support functions for MMA welding such as HOT START, ARC FORCE and VRD.
