The TECNO PLASMA 40 COMP-AIR is a professional multifunctional device designed for plasma cutting and MMA welding with coated electrodes. It ensures distortion-free cutting of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper. The electronically controlled cutting current allows smooth regulation. Thanks to its compact size, low weight, and built-in compressor, the device is suitable for workshop and field use.

It features two cutting modes: CUT (continuous operation) and GRID (intermittent operation). The clear LED display ensures precise adjustments, even in bright conditions. The torch button can be used in 2T (no lock) or 4T (lock for long cuts) mode. Adjustable torch cooling time is available after cutting.

MMA welding functions include:

• ARC FORCE – regulates short-circuit current for stable droplet transfer.

• HOT START – facilitates electrode ignition.

• VRD – reduces open-circuit voltage for operator safety in humid environments.
