EasyARC 216P – ELECTRODE WELDER WITH PULSE WELDING FUNCTION

SPARTUS® EasyARC 216P is a compact welder that has been built using advanced inverter technology and IGBT power transistors. It enables welding with shielded electrodes MMA as well as TIG Lift DC with arc ignition through touch.

Thanks to being powered by a single-phase network at 230V, the EasyARC 216P becomes a welder that can be practically used anywhere – both in a workshop and in outdoor locations. The current adjustment range spans from 10 to 200A, allowing for flexible adaptation to various welding tasks. The device is also equipped with sufficient power for welding electrodes up to 5.0mm in diameter.

The modern welder EasyARC 216P is equipped with pulsed current welding function.

The pulse function allows for more precise control over the welding process. The welder can adjust pulse parameters, such as frequency and amplitude, enabling precise adaptation of welding to specific conditions and materials.

Pulsed welding can help limit thermal distortions, which is especially important when welding delicate materials or in areas where minimizing deformation is crucial.

Through the pulse function, the risk of excessive metal spattering (splashing) can be reduced, leading to cleaner and more precise welds.

The EasyARC 216P stands out with high efficiency and low energy consumption, attributed to the VRD function. Furthermore, the welder has features that assist the welding process, such as:

ARC FORCE - ensuring welding process stability through automatic current regulation in response to arc length changes.

HOT START - facilitating the initiation of the welding arc by briefly increasing the current at the start of the process.

The modern display enables precise control of welding parameters, and the smooth current regulation allows for adjustment to different materials and electrode thicknesses. The welder comes with an electrode holder, ground cable, welding shield, and a hammer. All of these items are housed in a convenient carrying case, ensuring easy transportation.
