MultiPro 201 4in1 - MULTIFUNCTIONAL WELDING INVERTER

SPARTUS® MultiPro 201 4in1 is an innovative, multifunctional inverter welder designed using advanced PWM technology and high-quality IGBT transistors. It supports welding using MIG / TIG AC / TIG DC and MMA AC / MMA DC methods with a maximum current of 200A. Powered by a single-phase 230V network, this device is ideal for various metal joining techniques thanks to its extensive configuration options.

MIG WELDING

The MultiPro 201 4in1 is equipped with a synergistic MIG/MAG welding system that offers programs for steel, stainless steel, aluminum, flux-cored wire welding, and brazing. It allows manual parameter adjustment with automatic suggestions for material thickness and wire feed speed.

It also operates in manual mode, enabling users to adjust all welding parameters to suit individual requirements.
The device includes functions to support MIG/MAG welding:

• Burn Back – controls the burn-back time of the wire tip, preventing wire sticking to the contact tip and simplifying short welds.
• Slow Feed – ensures a soft start of the wire feeder, stabilizing arc ignition from the beginning, especially at high feed speeds.
• Inductance adjustment.
• Supports two operating modes: 2T/4T.

The MultiPro 201 4in1 also supports welding with SPOOL GUN type torches that have built-in wire feeders. This feature reduces the load on the device and extends its reach, enabling work with torches longer than 5 meters.

TIG WELDING

Thanks to advanced features, the MultiPro 201 4in1 provides high-quality TIG AC and TIG DC welding with the option of HF or Lift arc ignition. It supports pulse welding, which is ideal for precision work on thin sheets and aluminum. The device includes features to enhance the TIG welding process:

• AC waveform selection: Three options – rectangular, sinusoidal, triangular – to tailor welding parameters to specific materials.
• Adjustable parameters: AC balance, frequency, pulse width, and current, allowing precise control over the welding process.
• Current ramp-up and ramp-down adjustment: Optimizes arc dynamics for complex welds.
• SPOT welding: Offers precise spot welding, perfect for industrial applications.
• 2T/4T modes: Ensure convenience and control during both short and extended welding tasks.

MMA WELDING

The MultiPro 201 4in1 offers versatile MMA welding capabilities in both AC and DC modes, making it an excellent choice for various applications. The device includes additional features to simplify and optimize the welding process:

• Hot Start: Facilitates electrode ignition, especially useful for hard-to-weld materials.
• Arc Force: Automatically adjusts arc intensity, making welding easier in hard-to-reach areas or challenging positions.

MEMORY CHANNELS

The SPARTUS® MultiPro 201 4in1 is equipped with 10 memory channels, allowing quick and efficient management of the welding process. This feature lets users save and recall frequently used settings, significantly speeding up work and improving efficiency.
