SPARTUS EasyMIG 420H welding machine (semi-automatic)

SPARTUS EasyMIG 420H is an industrial inverter-based semi-automatic welding machine built in a Tower-type design with a separate wire feeding unit. The device is designed for welding using the metal inert gas and metal active gas methods as well as manual metal arc welding with covered electrodes. It delivers a maximum welding current of 420 amperes in both processes.

With a duty cycle of 60 percent at 420 amperes and 100 percent at 350 amperes, the machine guarantees stable and continuous performance even under demanding industrial production conditions.

The control panel is equipped with digital displays for welding current and voltage, enabling precise parameter adjustment. In metal inert gas and metal active gas welding mode, the operator can adjust voltage, wire feed speed and inductance. In manual metal arc welding mode, the welding current is adjustable. Additional functions such as wire burn back control, shielding gas test, wire test and two-step or four-step trigger mode improve operational comfort and accuracy.

The separate four-roll wire feeding mechanism ensures stable and reliable wire feeding, even when using long welding torches. The feeder supports large wire spools up to 15 kilograms and allows operation with wire diameters ranging from 0.8 to 1.6 millimetres.

The compact Tower-type housing mounted on a transport trolley ensures both stability and mobility. The design allows installation of a large shielding gas cylinder for uninterrupted industrial work. Durable wheels with a swivel front axle allow smooth movement of the entire system.
