SPARTUS EasyMIG 330 DUAL PULSE LCD welding machine (semi-automatic)

SPARTUS® EasyMIG 330 DP is a modern, inverter welding semi-automatic device produced with using of modern solutions IGBT power transistors. It allows gas metal inert and active arc welding (MIG/ MAG), metal arc welding (MMA) and TIG Lift with arc ignition. Thanks to the ability to change polarity, it allows welding with self-shielding wire without gas.

Max welding current is 300A for MIG/MAG / TIG, and 250A for MMA. Machine is powered from three phase 400V source power.

The modern LCD allows an easy and quick setting of the welding voltage and to manage the machine functions. During parameters correction, the display sets the weld shape dependence regarding the voltage and shows graphically the recommended thickness of the material for the given current.

EasyMIG 330DP is equipped with MIG/MAG synergic programs, in terms of 0,8 -1,2 mm diameters, with the possibility of manual parameter correction. Pulsed current welding is an additional advantage of the device (pulse/dual pulse). MIG/MAG dual pulse welding enables to obtain a weld of a quality and aesthetics comparable to the TIG method.

smaller thermal deformations compared to the TIG method,

when welding aluminum, requires less skill from the operator in relation to the TIG method.

For easier and more effective work EasyMIG 330DP is equipped with functions supporting the welding process, such as:

2T/4T – choice of one of two operating modes (MIG/MAG),

Inductance – regulation of welding inductance – control of the width of the weld face and the depth of penetration (MIG/MAG), reduce the amount of welding splashes,

Slow Feed – so called gentle start-up of the wire feeder, recommended especially during welding with high amperage and high speed of wire feed.

Hot Start – easier electrode ignition (MMA),

Arc Force – more convenient welding in forced positions (MMA)

VRD – voltage reduction (MMA)

Professional four-roller feeder ensures stable welding wire feed. Resistant, robust and compact design makes it perfect equipment for difficult conditions, and there is a possibility of mounting a technical gas cylinder on the chassis of the machine.
