SPARTUS® EasyMIG 317 DP is a modern, semi-automatic inverter welding machine, manufactured using modern solutions IGBT power transistors. It allows gas inert and active arc welding (MIG/MAG), metal arc welding (MMA) and TIG Lift with arc ignition. Thanks to the ability to change the polarity, it allows welding with self-shielding wire without gas.

The maximum welding current is 300A MIG/MAG/TIG and 250A MMA. The machine is powered by a three-phase 400 V source.

The modern LCD allows you to easily and quickly set the welding voltage and manage the machine functions. During parameter correction, the display sets the dependence of the weld shape on the voltage and graphically shows the recommended material thickness for a given current.

EasyMIG 317DP is equipped with MIG/MAG synergic programs, 0.8 -1.2 mm in diameter, with the ability to manually adjust the parameters. Pulsed current welding is an additional advantage of the device (pulse/double pulse). MIG/MAG double pulse welding allows you to obtain a high-quality and aesthetic weld, comparable to the TIG method.

Advantages of using MIG/MAG double pulse:

high aesthetics (chassus effect),

higher welding efficiency compared to the TIG method,

less thermal deformations compared to the TIG method,

when welding aluminum, less skill is required from the operator in relation to the TIG method.

For easier and more efficient work, the EasyMIG 317DP is equipped with functions that support the welding process, such as:

2T/4T – selection of one of two operating modes (MIG/MAG),

Inductance – adjustment of welding inductance – control of the width and penetration depth of the welding surface (MIG/MAG), reduces the amount of welding spatter,

Slow feed – the so-called soft start of the wire feed, especially recommended during welding with high current and high wire feed speed.

Hot Start – easier electrode ignition (MMA),

Arc Force – more convenient welding in forced positions (MMA)

VRD – voltage reduction (MMA)

A professional four-roller feeder ensures stable welding wire feed. A durable, robust and compact design makes it the perfect equipment for difficult conditions, and there is an option to install a technical gas cylinder on the machine chassis.
