SPARTUS EasyMIG 219 Dual Pulse is a modern, mobile inverter welding machine designed for professional workshop and field applications. This model has been developed for users who expect the highest weld quality, especially when welding aluminium and stainless steel. The machine combines advanced synergic control with Dual Pulse and Cool Pulse technologies, ensuring arc stability, precise heat input control and an aesthetic weld appearance with significantly reduced spatter.

In the synergic welding mode, the device automatically adjusts welding parameters according to the selected material type, wire diameter and shielding gas. In addition, a fully manual mode is available, allowing individual adjustment of all parameters to meet specific user requirements.

The Pulse and Dual Pulse modes allow precise control of heat input, providing a stable welding arc and smooth metal transfer. This is particularly important when welding aluminium. At low wire feed speeds, the unit automatically activates the Cool Pulse mode, reducing heat input and enabling stable welding of thin materials with minimal risk of distortion.

The machine is equipped with a built-in four-roll wire feeding mechanism that guarantees even, stable and precise wire feeding, even during dynamic changes in welding parameters. This solution is especially important when working with soft aluminium wires and when using Pulse or Dual Pulse modes.

In addition to metal inert gas and metal active gas welding, the machine also offers tungsten inert gas direct current lift arc welding and manual metal arc welding with covered electrodes. In manual metal arc mode, arc ignition support, arc force stabilization and voltage reduction safety functions are available.

The machine is suitable for welding aluminium, stainless steel and structural steel, as well as for copper-silicon brazing. It is ideal for workshops, installation work, service operations and the production of thin-walled structures where high weld quality, aesthetics and repeatability are required.
