TECNOMIG 210 PULSE LCD is an inverter synergic semi-automatic welding machine designed for arc welding using the MIG/MAG, MMA, TIG Lift method, and brazing of galvanized sheets. The device is intended for professional use.

The device has three synergic MIG/MAG welding modes: MIG, MIG PULS, MIG DOUBLE PULS.

TECNOMIG 210 PULSE LCD is used for brazing of galvanized sheets, welding of stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steel, as well as aluminum. Welding is performed in an inert, active or mixed gas shielding gas and in reverse polarity without gas.

Thanks to the use of MIG pulsation, the amount of heat introduced into the welded element increases. It is possible to obtain a better weld regardless of the welding position and reduce the amount of spatter.

In both MIG and MIG PULS methods, we can select the function of the button on the handle between 2-stroke and 4-stroke operation (button lock for long welds).

A clear and easy-to-use LCD display allows you to precisely adjust MIG welding parameters, such as:

Inductance adjustment

Pulse width adjustment in double pulse

Pulse frequency adjustment in double pulse

Gas flow time adjustment after welding

Wire feed speed adjustment

The device also has HOT START and ARC FORCE adjustment in MMA mode.

HOT START: hot start control (manual) - makes it easier to ignite the electrode, providing a higher welding current each time the arc is ignited.

ANTI STICK: short-circuit protection - automatically turns off the welding voltage if the electrode sticks to the material being welded, which makes it easier to tear it off and prevents accidental arc formation.

VRD (voltage reduction device) function - reduces the no-load voltage on the electrode to a safe value. Provides safety against electric shock when working in a wet environment.
