EXPERT MIG 301 PULSE Pro7 LCD is an inverter-based, synergistic and multifunctional welding power source designed for metal inert gas welding, self-shielded wire welding, tungsten inert gas welding with lift ignition and manual metal arc welding with covered electrodes. The machine also supports single-pulse and double-pulse welding modes for enhanced weld quality and improved heat control.

The device is suitable for a wide range of applications, from maintenance and repair work to structural steel fabrication and automotive body repairs.

The machine is used for brazing galvanized sheets and welding stainless steel, carbon steel, low-alloy steel and aluminium. Welding can be performed in inert, active or mixed shielding gas environments, as well as in reverse polarity without gas.

A seven-inch touchscreen display enables quick and intuitive synergistic parameter adjustment. The user selects material type and thickness, and the intelligent arc control system automatically selects optimal parameters step by step. Manual arc length adjustment and weld appearance customization are also available.

Pulse and double-pulse modes allow additional control of arc length in pulse, arc length at start and end current, base current and pulse duration.

The device includes extensive parameter storage and recall functionality. The cooling system operates in normal or smart mode. Built-in overload, overvoltage and undervoltage protection allows operation with a power generator.
