EXPERT MIG 380W PULSE Pro7 LCD is an inverter-based, synergistic and multifunctional welding power source designed for metal inert gas welding, flux-cored welding, tungsten inert gas welding with lift arc ignition and manual metal arc welding with covered electrodes. The machine supports single-pulse and double-pulse welding modes, ensuring superior weld quality, precise heat input control and improved weld aesthetics, especially when welding aluminium and stainless steel.

The unit is suitable for maintenance work, structural steel fabrication, industrial production and automotive body repairs.

The machine is used for brazing galvanized sheets and welding stainless steel, carbon steel, low-alloy steel and aluminium. Welding can be performed in inert, active or mixed shielding gases or in reverse polarity without gas.

The seven-inch touchscreen display enables quick and intuitive synergistic parameter adjustment. The user selects material type and thickness, and the intelligent arc control system automatically determines optimal parameters step by step. Manual arc length adjustment and weld appearance customization are also available.

Pulse and double-pulse modes allow adjustment of arc length in pulse, arc length at initial and final current, base current and pulse duration.

The device features a comprehensive job memory function for storing and recalling welding parameters.

The cooler and fans operate in normal and smart modes, activated only when necessary, reducing internal contamination.
