SPARTUS Ultra VX27 with air supply system is a specialized helmet designed for laser welding, cleaning, and cutting, providing maximum protection for the user. It offers comprehensive face, eye, and respiratory protection, effectively shielding against reflected and scattered laser radiation. The active filter protects in the 1000–1100 nm range with D LB7 + IR LB8, while the external coating enhances protection to 1000–1100 DIR LB8. The helmet is adapted for Class 4 lasers and meets EN 207:2017 and EN ISO 16321 standards. In combination with the Ultra X air-supply system, it ensures complete safety and comfort in demanding industrial environments.

Features
With optical class 1/1/1/2 and a 1/25,000-second response time, the auto-darkening filter provides excellent visibility and immediate darkening upon arc detection. Adjustable shading levels DIN 4–8 and DIN 8–12 allow precise adaptation to the laser intensity and type of work. In standby, the DIN 2 brightness ensures clear visibility of the workspace without removing the helmet.
Three operation modes — GRIND, MIX, and DARK — enable quick adaptation to various tasks. The MIX mode reduces eye fatigue during laser processing by providing smooth shading transitions. Sensitivity and delay time can be freely adjusted for maximum comfort and protection.

Application
Ideal for laser welding, cleaning, and cutting. The ergonomic design ensures comfort during long-term use, while adjustable headgear provides a secure and custom fit. The Ultra X PAPR system delivers a constant flow of clean air to the breathing zone, with two airflow levels (170 l/min and 210 l/min). The lithium-ion battery offers up to 9 hours of continuous operation and quick recharging. Visual, sound, and vibration alerts warn when the filter needs replacement or the battery requires charging.
