SPARTUS® Easy 313CL Pulse mini laser cleaning machine

SPARTUS Easy 313CL Pulse is a compact 300 W pulse laser cleaning machine combining advanced fiber laser technology with outstanding mobility and ease of use. It operates with a pulsed fiber laser source emitting at 1064–1080 nm wavelength. Short, precisely controlled high-energy pulses act locally on contaminants, causing microscopic evaporation or detachment without affecting the base material structure.

Pulse technology ensures minimal heat input, reduced distortion and discoloration risk, precise energy control, and high effectiveness for thin and precision components. Laser cleaning is a contact-free, chemical-free, and damage-free process that meets modern environmental standards.

The device is suitable for removing rust, paint, oils, oxides, welding discoloration, resins, adhesives, protective coatings, and for cleaning molds, tools, machine parts, metal, stone, ceramic surfaces, and restoration elements.

Its compact housing and 35 kg weight ensure high mobility for workshop and on-site applications. A touchscreen control panel allows selection of 9 scanning modes, adjustment of power, frequency and pulse width, and saving custom cleaning profiles. The ergonomic cleaning head features an integrated TOF (Time of Flight) distance sensor for real-time focal distance monitoring.

SPARTUS Easy 313CL Pulse offers nine laser beam scanning modes that allow precise adjustment of the cleaning method to the surface type and contamination characteristics. The user can choose from the following modes: linear, rectangular, circular, spiral, sinusoidal, ring, rotating, and two rectangular modes with different filling directions.

Each mode generates a different beam movement pattern, enabling:

• effective cleaning of large, flat surfaces,
• gentle removal of contaminants from complex shapes,
• precise spot and localized treatment.

Selecting the appropriate mode increases process efficiency, reduces energy consumption, and ensures an optimal visual result without damaging the base material.
