TECNO SPOT ALU 50 Welding Machine

The TECNO SPOT ALU 50 is a microprocessor-controlled welder designed for dent removal in aluminum and steel car bodies, operating on the principle of electrical discharges. It is designed for welding studs with a diameter of 3–6 mm to aluminum parts and triangular/eyelet washers M10/12 to steel bodies.
Due to aluminum’s material properties, the device is equipped with the Quick Puller ALU, a screw-lever design that prevents weld breakage during dent pulling. Thanks to 66,000 μF capacitors, studs can be heated in just 1–3 ms without deforming the opposite side of the material, even when coated, painted, or galvanized.
