Taylor 1200E Drawn Arc Stud Welding System Contact Machine
The 1200 DA controller is a powerful Draw Arc welding system that can be purchased or purchased in the UK directly from Taylor Studwelding. This microcomputer-controlled machine is light, compact and mounted on four wheels, making it easy to maneuver and place where you need it (the two front wheels also have brakes).
Everything you need can be accessed from a single cabinet with clearly plugged ground and gun cable plugs to prevent misuse. As with all our systems, the 1200 DA controller undergoes extensive endurance tests to ensure that it meets Taylor Studwelding's exacting standards. The machine is CE marked and all components are durable.
When switching on the 1200 DA stud welding system, it must first perform a self-test to ensure that safety standards are met (there is also a gun lift tester). The welding current and time can then be adjusted with a clear visual display. You can use this machine to weld towed arc (DA) or short cycle (SC) screws, the latter of which do not require rings (if you want to use both DA and SC screw welding, the DA7-A is the best pin welding gun) for the job).
