STW-4 Stud and Nail Welding Machine

The STW-4 is a professional stud and ground nail welder operating on the principle of electrical discharge. It welds studs with a diameter of 3–10 mm to aluminum, low-carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel and brass sheets.
It features a synergistic mode that automatically selects the appropriate welding voltage based on stud diameter and type. Users may fine-tune the voltage with correction or switch to manual mode for full control. Capacitors ensure studs are heated in just 4 ms without deforming the opposite side, even on painted, plastic-coated or galvanized surfaces. The included electrode allows installing thermal or acoustic insulation onto galvanized sheet metal using ground nails.
