Flat ceramic backing with a trapeze groove 13 mm

Ceramic weld backing is a heat-resistant auxiliary material that supports the molten metal at the root of a weld. It consists of small ceramic tiles fixed to a flexible adhesive strip placed beneath the workpiece. This design enables single-side full-penetration welding, removing the need for back gouging or rework and significantly improving productivity.
